1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyLuts.com ("the Site"), purchasing any products, or downloading any files, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Licensing

All LUT (Look-Up Table) files sold on MyLuts.com are digital products. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LUT files subject to the following terms:

• Personal & Commercial Use: You may use purchased LUTs in personal and commercial projects including films, photographs, advertisements, and client work.
• No Redistribution: You may not sell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or include the LUT files themselves in any product, bundle, or service for resale.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the raw data for purposes other than color grading.
• Single User: Each license is for one user. You may install the files on multiple devices you personally own, but you may not share access with other individuals.

3. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription plan, it is billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@myluts.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@myluts.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. After a refund is issued, your license to use the LUT files is revoked.

5. Digital Delivery & Downloads

Download links are delivered via email and are valid for 7 days. If your link expires, contact support for a replacement. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by spam filters or incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All LUT files, branding, copy, and website content are the intellectual property of MyLuts.com. The LUT files are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that LUT files will produce specific results, be compatible with all software, or be error-free. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLuts.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
